    When faced with uncertainty, we tend to create structure and lean into false security measures to avoid the feeling of groundlessness.  We over-think, over-plan, over-analyze, over-perfect, over over over.  And nothing ever turns out like we think it will!

    My message is to strap on your wings and face it fearlessly!  When we do create false security, we become blind to possibilities beyond the rigid walls of our imaginations.  We have no room to wander, no room to see solutions in the distance, no way to keep our ears open to what else may come.  And we write our fates on the walls of that cage.  Instead, my message is to courageusly drop the things you think are keeping your mind safe.  There is often more freedom outside of those constructs!  And the following that, the recognition that we CAN, actually, step into a boldness of thought and action is fuel for us to do things we never thought possible!

    Become comfortable with knowing nothing- ask questions without needing an aswer- explore with no resting place- ride the tiger of uncertainty, and see that it is a teddy bear.
